Terms of Service

Last updated August 25, 2026. Applies to Gorilla Scheduling Online.

These terms govern your use of Gorilla Scheduling Online (the “Service”), operated by Jungle Software (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

Gorilla Scheduling Online is a production scheduling and breakdown tool. You import or create a screenplay, tag its production elements (cast, props, vehicles, and other categories), build a stripboard and shooting schedule, and generate reports and call sheets from that data. Some plans also include an AI-assisted breakdown feature that suggests element tags for you to review.

2. Your content

  • You retain all ownership and rights to any screenplay, schedule, or other production data you upload or create. We claim no ownership over your content.
  • You confirm you have the right to upload your content and to have it processed by the Service, including by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy, for accounts using AI-assisted breakdown.
  • We treat unproduced screenplays and production data as confidential material. We do not read, share, or use your content for anything other than operating the Service for you.

3. Storage and account data

  • Your projects, screenplays, and everything derived from them persist for as long as your account exists — there is no automatic deletion window. Downgrading or canceling a paid plan does not delete your data; it becomes subject to that plan's limits (see our Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy).
  • You may delete a project at any time — deletion is immediate and permanent. To have your account and all associated data deleted entirely, contact us (see Section 9) and we will process the request.

4. Plans and billing

The Service is offered on a Free plan and several paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details. Full terms for billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds are set out in our Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. AI-generated results

Where AI-assisted breakdown is used, results are generated by AI and may be incomplete or contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-suggested tags before relying on them for production scheduling or budgeting.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to process, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, share your account credentials to circumvent per-account plan limits, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including scheduling or budgeting decisions made from its output.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
