Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address.
• Your projects: screenplays, breakdown data, schedules, contacts, and other production data you create or upload.
• Billing records: which plan you're subscribed to and your billing history. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Basic usage data (e.g. login activity) needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How your data is stored and protected

• Uploaded files and project data are stored in private cloud storage. They are never made public.
• Screenplay text is never written to application logs.
• Your data persists for as long as your account exists. You may delete a project at any time — deletion is immediate and permanent.

3. AI processing

For accounts using AI-assisted breakdown, only the screenplay text needed to generate suggested tags is sent to our third-party AI provider, under terms that exclude using your content to train their models. Your script is never shared for any other purpose.

4. Who we share data with

• Our AI provider, solely for accounts using AI-assisted breakdown (see above).
• Stripe, to process subscription billing.
• Our cloud hosting and storage providers, solely to run the Service.
• We do not sell your data or your screenplays to anyone, ever.

5. Your rights

You can delete any project and its derived data at any time — deletion is immediate and permanent. To have your account and all associated data deleted entirely, contact us (see Section 8) and we will process the request.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect information from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
